I'm really surprised nobody has started an April thread. I haven't seen anything about April releases or I missed it. Any news?
March 8th sees Military Orders week with the rumoured Action Pack, which is likely to be the bulk of the April releases, plus the limited edition Adeptican't mini.
They will be revealed in March, but will hit the stores in april (probably) And not a repack. An action pack with new sculpts and bringing the MO Sectorial rework. PS: March releases are Kusanagi, Mostrucker, Yujing and Pano booster packs, Nyokas box and Kaldstrom scenery expansion pack

I would like to see some sculpts for missing units like Sombras, EVAders, Nadhir, Shujae, Karhu, Tian Gou and Vargar MaxSec Team. And fresh sculpts for my QK like Sekbans, Al'Hawwas and Hafzas. Sadly that will not happen - but I can dream and go on converting Echo-Bravo and BaghMari for that... :)
I second the Tian gou, and would like to add Shang ji, jujak, additional hundun, liu xing, hac Tao rocket launcher resculpt and a goddam shrouded blister as well a malignos and a gwailos HRL to the wishlist!
A Code One starter pack is expected this year, facing Nomads / Corregidor against Ariadna / Kosmoflot. I guess most of the Nomad missing models (along with some resculpts, since a lot of Nomad / Corregidor models are quite old, regardless of how I am used to mine!) will be associated with that. But I wouldn't expect that box to show up earlier than about late June or ven August...
I'm betting on 3 Alguaciles (we saw a new render a few months back), an EVAder, a Sombra, and either a tomcat or Carlota Kowalski (if Carlota, it could be either the extra model, or the exclusive model). Dunno about the 7th model. For Kosmoflot, the 3 rokots are a must (dunno if the 8, 9, or 11 pts profile... I'd bet on the 11 with rifle, but...), a Volkolak, a Zenit, and a Paracommando, while the Kosmosoldat is most likely the 7th model, and the Bearpode can be the extra box model.
I think be ready to be disappointed for all new. The Aleph and Haqq were 0% new. O-12 and CA made sense to be new since they didn't have many figures yet and were a part of Code One. The PanO and YJ boosters were also re-packs. I'll be surprised if any of it is new. Maybe a little pissed too. YJ is still waiting, for a year now, for a lot of profiles that have very little or NOTHING. Tian Gao has nothing, 1 Shang Ji, 1 Hundun, 1 Jujak, 1 Ye Mao. Some of them are integral to fireteams and they still havent' come out with them.
They did release a second Ye Mao but it’s unfortunately limited edition which has made it impossible to get as there are no tournaments or unaffordable as you have to buy the whole kit to get it.
Bostria literally said "A new box", they wouldn't do a box of resculpts for a big "convention" release. All the repack action packs came as normal monthly slots, this is a flagship box like Starmada.
I'd rather they didn't mix old and new. All new or all old. No forcing people to buy doubles to get at the new sculpts.
They've not done that since N2, and even when they did there was always a limited release of the new sculpts. Examples include the NCA starter that came with a limited release of Bolt combi+LSGs, and the Santiago box that came with the two new versions in a separate blister (along with extra scabbards for the Spitfire and combi that didn't originally have them)
Add to that, that Carlos literally teased the thing on his Instagram and they're doing a big unboxing video of the MO box. Seems incredibly unlikely if it was a repack.
True and YJ waited 8 years for a single new Shang Ji, and that one is tied to a box with three PanO figs you wouldn't use. Also, you could play MO without a Seraph. The Shang Ji, Jujak, Ye Mao, and Tian Gao, are part of base fireteams. WB only has two core teams. Zhanshi and Shang Ji. Zhansh can't even make a core by themselves being AVA4! So they must include a wild card, which is a Shang Ji, Tia Gou, Lei Gong, Qiang Gao. 4 of those don't exist in Infinity. So if you are one of the few that will not proxy, Whit Banner is unplayable. Therefore not selling. If not selling, it eventually goes away.
I spent all N2 with only two Grey Rifles for a 5 man core... Same happens now with the new resculpts, but now they go OoP. Kosmoflot not having most of their base troops. Foreing Company need bolts, but they are OoP... Montesa becoming biker (2 years ago?) and still no figure... Black Friar sniper not existing since... ever We all have problems...
To me, that's band business. It's just asking people to not play. I will proxy stuff but I don't like it. I had to do it yesterday with Wu Ming as Shang Ji. But I'd really like to the actual figures. I just wish they would stop coming out with profiles when they have no intention of backing them up with a figure.
