The Trooper entered Unconscious State and his player announced he would activate the No Wound Incapacitation Special Skill, whether in the Active or Reactive Turn. The user of the No Wound Incapacitation Special Skill can be healed (using Special Skills or Equipment such as Doctor, MediKit, Regeneration...), recovering at least one point of its Wounds Attribute, returning it to Normal State and removing the NWI Token. No?
The answer during N3 was, from the N3 FAQ, essentially "The doctor can heal itself, because it may as well be in base contact with itself." If you'd like a nice thread of puns and fat chewing on the topic, there's one from December: #1 But so far, no one has come out to say "OMG, Corvus Belli meant to put a stop to doing that in N4." So it's probably okay.
Ah, I somehow misunderstood NWI as a different State, probably because I remembered you use a different token. Oh, well. And yeah, units are definitely in b2b with themselves.
Feels pretty risky even with a cube - trading a minor upside for a potentially major downside if you fail - I love the idea of a doctor accidentally killing themselves trying to self-medicate though.
