Some are obviously worse than others, most are worse off than any other sectorial, some are the worst in the game.

Is there any hope for some attention from CB in the next year or so? And why is their development cycle so slow as far as rules. Since it's all digital now (wiki & app, actual rulebooks for kindling) would we be able to get some streaming updates, perhaps a beta build out of new rules or changes?

I think my biggest concern is that the things that were bad in N3 are still bad in N4, and while some factions got significant updates others were left pretty much alone except for tossing in a new unit or two that don't address any of their issues.

So other NA2 players, do you think there will be any updates coming, or are we sidelined while the rest keep getting improved?

Also, my bitterness from playing Druze and Corregidor, which I think are just on opposite ends of this sectorial power spectrum.

We're 5 months into a new edition that launched in the middle of a pandemic, only 2-3 months since the OOP Sectorial update, and not even half a year into the current season of ITS. I think it's a little premature to be worrying about lack of support.

CB have not yet shared their plans for the future of Infinity, most likely they're saving any big announcements for not-Adepticon in a couple of months time.

Ikari being one of my main factions, I totally see where you're coming from, but I don't have particularly high hopes. With Kosmoflot on the horizon and Code One occupying a significant number of release slots, the most I'm expecting is some profile adjustments and maybe additional units from other factions made available down the road. It's just speculation, of course.

Yea, never mind the years before N4 with no support. They barely even glanced at some factions that had been bad for years before N4 released. I would love to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I don't think we'll see any major adjustments to NA2 armies.

Agree. And Kosmoflot is just a mess (thematically) of a sectorial that looks more like an NA2 made up of other factions than a unified Ariadna sectorial. I'm not expecting any changes to Druze, ever, but I hope they get fixed at some point.

Druze were right at the start of the lead up to N4 with the Uprising/3rdO/Daddy's Fall trilogy, I can't think of any faction that's had more updates since then.

N4 brought Wildcard ABHs, Wolfgang, Bulleteers, Kunai, and a completely revamped Scarface, not as much as Corregidor or HB but as much or more than a lot of Sectorials.

The last thing we need is stats and lists changing every week or month, that just leads to confusion and pushes out people that don't play regularly. There's a reason other systems tend to do big points updates every 6 months or so as it gives the meta time to settle and work things out on the tournament scene, and considering how few tournaments there are at the moment with the three largest markets currently in fairly strict lockdown it probably makes sense to not change things yet.

Playing nothing but Druze and ForCo for the last couple years, i'm super happy with how they and the other NA2 armies are at the moment. This power spectrum, even in the most extreme examples is only a 10% win loss ratio according to CB statistics. Funny how over in the Yu Jing forum there is a post about how OP some of the NA2 armies are. If you have people complaining they are too weak and others complaining they are too strong, i think that means its in a good place.

I don't think anyone is complaining druze is too strong.
Playable, just with some very limited list archetypes.

I think that's in relation to White Company or N3 Dahshat. N3Dahshat was kinda busted at the time but is considered to be reasonably fair now, White Company is mostly just annoying to White Banner players because it offers a better Sectorial experience with stronger links and Hacking, whereas White Banner is a fairly boring downgrade from Vanilla YJ due to its middling links and AVA increases.

Oh come on, I don't think Corregidor is that bad! :D

In all honestly, I still love Druze in N4, and feel like they've actually got some significant improvements. Having ample repeaters missile bot has always been a hallmark of Druze lists, and now those are even better. Then just take a look at the new and improved Scarface, holy hell. Druze is a limited tool box, but they're a damn good toolbox.

The only thing I'm even a little disappointed by is the lack of Libertos in Ikari Company, but I can get over that.

They are better than in N3, but most factions are. If everyone ends up in a similar position I think the overall faction strength of Druze will be towards the bottom again. Hopefully it's just not all the way at the bottom this edition.
