Quick question, but i see people starting to get defiance in the mail. If i ordered the platinum pledge, would i have had to choose 2 wave shipping to get this stuff now, or is CB just automatically sending this stuff now for everyone?
Depends where you are in the world. Australia got Wave 1, US/Canada Wave 1 is in delivery, Europe planned for mid January. Wave 2 for all later.
page 100 woo! just had another demo game with another set of players; their major complaint was the same as my initial group that the game gets bogged down quite easy, especially if the party chose only one dps character.
was playing the ks demo which is a smaller mission 1; with valkyre as the hvt and pits the players against 2 nox leaders, nox spec ops, 2 cadmus and a gwailos. from what i see the starting equipment for rahman, trista and to lesser extent jazz are underwhelming when fighting pairs of 5-6hp each with armor rolls with sufficient chance of blocking all their damage.
So you should probably bring min. 2 DPS characters along? Good to know to avoid disappointment when starting the campaign. Thanks for sharing!
Nope. They said they want for the ships with Wave 2 to leave China before the Chinese New Year and in 2021 that's Feb 16th, but whether they can still keep that goal - no idea. @Koni, is this steal feasible?
I think this is the latest update that discusses Wave 2 timeline: We want to take this opportunity to tell you about the current situation of the 2nd Wave. On a creative level, both expansions (Outcast and Revenant) are finished, and the miniatures have been manufactured. The bulk of the manufacturing for the expansions will begin in early December. We will do our best to get the ship corresponding to this 2nd Wave out of port before Chinese New Year. We will inform you more thoroughly when we have more accurate dates.
On the plus side it looks like despite the fact the UK government couldn't find their arse with a map, compass, GPS, and help from a Boy Scout with every orienteering badge possible, there will still be tariff-free trade between the EU and Plague Island.
Tariffs? As in no customs at all? Or no custom taxes but "pay us X for the paperwork or your packages loses an ear, finger, toe... every day until you pay" custom fees?
I've been looking and can't find hard and fast details which makes sense as it was only announced today. From what I gather you won't have to pay duty but goods travelling from Plague Island to the EU will now need to be inspected/declared to meet EU regulations, which might incur admin fees, and possibly going the other way too.
