The critical attack rules say "If the Attack does not cause the target to make Saving Rolls, the effect of the Critical will be specified in the rules for that Attack, Ammunition etc." Medikits don't have a saving roll, so we look at their description, there is nothing to say what happens on a crit, which presumably means there is no extra effect.
No, Criticals cause you to make an additional Saving Roll. And you are not rolling that with a medikit
