Need some help on Bolts + Uhlan list. Criteria are Core of Bolts and Uhlan; no REMs. All my homies hate REMs. Right now I'm at lines of something like that, but it's definitely a bad list, so I need your help, fellow gamers. ────────────────────────────────────────────────── 10 1 UHLAN Heavy Machine Gun, Feuerbach(+1B) / AP CC Weapon. (1.5 | 88) CRABBOT Flash Pulse / CC Weapon. (0 | 0) BOLT (Multispectral Visor L1) MULTI Sniper Rifle ( ) / Pistol, CC Weapon. (1.5 | 31) BOLT Spitfire / Pistol, CC Weapon. (1.5 | 27) BOLT (Lieutenant) Combi Rifle, Light Shotgun / Pistol, CC Weapon. (0 | 23) BOLT Missile Launcher / Pistol, CC Weapon. (1.5 | 26) BOLT Boarding Shotgun, Drop Bears / Pistol, CC Weapon. Give this list a try. You get two Medikits (One on a Doctor), No remotes Besides the Uhlan and Garuda. There is space for a haris that also can push buttons. In addition the Link teams can be mixed and matched based on mission preferences. No Hackers So take that as you will. Spitfire and BSG Bolts are probably the most likely to switch from teams.
I wouldn’t say that the list is bad. Plus, it’s more important how you intend to use it than the subjective quality. I would say that one reason to bring remotes is to get some repeaters in place so that your hacker(s) aren’t isolated and limited in their reach. I’d also add that while the locust model is awesome, the hexa killer hacker is probably better and cheaper. Starting as a model on the table is a significant liability for infiltration.
Seems like a really interesting list, thought I couldn't fit 2 links in, so I'm surprised in a good way. Will give it a try.
Infiltration isn't that bad if you don't get greedy with it. Using it to move your piece up a flank a bit with cover from your linkteam isn't a bad idea. Drop the Locust into Supp Fire with a token to make a great roadblock.
One Locust is fun and all, but you know that would be funnier? List with 3 Locusts I played the other day. aBluZW90ZXJyYW4tY2FwaXRhbGluZS1hcm15BkxvY3VzdIEsAQELAYMBAQcAAoMBAQMAA4MBAQQABAQBCwAFCAEDAAYEAQoABwQBBAAIBAEFAAkEAQMACi4BAQALJQEBAA==
Bolts and an Uhlan? I'd lean into the Bolts as an aggressive Fireteam and use the Uhlan for long range fire support. Along those kinds of lines.
Sorry if that sounded rude to you, I guess? It wasn't supposed to, I swear. Thought about same kind of tactic, looks good. Would try it out too, thanks. All my homies hate REMs tho.
Checked that out today in unmasking against SAA, switched spitfire and missile between the links. Somehow missile bolt fully exploded Tikbalang in 1 ARO xD. Also HMG on Uhlan ended up being really good roadblock tool. Feurerbach with B3 is awesome.
Glad you had a good time with it. Bolt fireteams are no joke. Uhlan puts in work but you just have to be judicious with overextending it on attack runs. Plan to only spend 3 orders a turn on it is a good rule of thumb. Its very killy and a great reserve model. Bolts switch around in my links for deployment often and having them in the same combat group makes them great.
Why is it your friends don't like rems? They are a big part of pano, would they stop playing HI in invincible army, impersonators in hassasin or camo in ariadna if you said you didn't like them? Seems like its serving to handicap your choices, they aren't game breaking or anything. I get you are part of a gaming group and obviously having fun is the priority but it seems quite a strange stance to take, if they don't like rems they don't have to take them seems weird to impose that on your army selection? If they were clearly over powered or something I would understand a gaming group restricting them but they arent Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

Prob I can't get something, but what's that orc supposed to do? Also having a backup to revive units is great, but I'm too used to having at least one DB Bolt in each team of mine tho. Other than that looks good. There's a grain of truth in every joke, they say. I just really don't like REMs, and that's not like I want to start discussions 'why' here. Also most likely that's just me, but NCA and Panoceania in my head always associated with mah boi Aquila, being the most accurate and precision HI in the world, which is kinda PanO if you ask me.
I always take an aquila or a Swiss to be honest sometimes both, but usually top up with some rems depending what the mission is and an opponent Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
