Yeah, that's unfortunately the exact cringefest I expected. The same "lol, fat" crap joke rehashed over and over again. What's next year, Fat Yuan Scarecrow with a pumpkin head for Halloween? Amusing. I like the general sentiment of "hey, let's make something amusing fans would approve", but this is neither actually funny or original, nor does it seem like a nice gesture when you want to charge a "dronbot pack + character", "betrayal character pack" or "Anaconda + pilot" price for what comes down to a half of a "ha" worth of a joke. Fat Yuan Santa biker, wow. I bet there's also food on the mini, just to push harder the idea of "how he got so fat, it's his own fault, so funny", like with the fast food on original Fat Yuans.
My 2 cents are that suppressors are rarely attached to weapons as silencers but instead to suppress muzzle flash for low- light / black-light ops. Still, giving the occasional unit/character Silent pistols or rifle, etc. could be a cool gimmick.
OOF, thats quite picey for a unit without a profile. Though, considering that now he's mentioned in a core book, they'll probably make him a merc character at some point. I'd agree that a 'fat guy' joke feels a bit overused by now. But if that keeps on he might end up some S5-S8 fat superdude after accidently eating some unknown substances...

Then we end up with a fresh profile (was it even needed) whose miniature is instantly OOP. Bloat for bloat's sake.
Or maybe it is a fun christmas model that was a lighthearted project for the designers and sculptor to give them a break after an absolutely awful year.
Sadly it'll be too small as a tree topper and too heavy for a tree ornament, it's going to have to be a shelf decoration. Also it's not Star Wars themed so doesn't fit with the rest of my Christmas tree ornaments.
Our Christmas tree is run by my spouse, so wouldn't be on there no matter the theme... still, it'll be interesting at least.
So is mine, hence the Star Wars theme, complete with light and sound starfighters and Death Star tree topper :)

Yep face looks to oval. But maybe its just shading on render. We will see when it get some paint slapped. Or I look at that in person. Cuz still model is cool and must buy.
Also, if they really give the "Fat Santa Biker Yuan" (ugh) a game profile, Haqq players would be rightfully furious for losing Kasym Beg to this.
Aha, gotcha - I had missed that one. I didn't read the entire fluff book cover to cover. I guess he and Izzet are partying in the afterlife. Biker bosses don't have a great life expectancy in this universe.
