I'm sorry but I do not get the difference between those two. Combat Jump requires a roll (PH) and the trooper can be deployed anywhere on the table. Parachutist is without a roll (?) but only outside the enemy dz? Can a troop with Combat Jump downgrade to parachutist? Or did I get the whole thing wrong? Gesendet von meinem ASUS_I01WD mit Tapatalk
Parachutist allows you to deploy on the edge of the board outside of the enemy DZ. You can't downgrade from Combat Jump to Parachutist: however, most troops with Combat Jump also have Parachutist.
Thei can't be combined right? i have to choose if i use one or the other when i activate the trooper?
Perhaps they meant combining the permission to deploy in the enemy DZ with no roll and walking on? There is a parenthetical skill for that already in the game, however: Parachutist (Dep. Zone).
I know Van Zant (the OG Dep Zone) and now Carlota (Nomads/Corregidor) have Parachutist - Dep Zone. Does anyone else? Don't know if it's more common than I think...
