Or finally outsourcing to at least a freelance professional DTP specialist and an editor if they can't hire them in-house. It's a simple copy-paste error that got missed in cleanup, but still this should not happen at all. There are also examples of missing ends of sentences, etc.
I also finally got my N4 this past weekend. Some great material in it and a lot of fun to read. Format wise I can see the font is small, but it doesn't bother my eyes because my eyes are made for it. The "this page is one paragraph" stuff irritates me though, much more than that copy-paste formating error or some other minor errors I noticed as well. Same way I can understand the need to trim out some units, but the loss of more basic units (drones and basic troopers) would have been preferred with more fleshing of oddball units that need explanation. And more art, I think. Probably should have split the book up better. But, seriously, Modiphius books? Not just more typos and such, but entire systems missing or references to removed materials? The Faction books are nice enough, but almost entirely fluffed out with little added material of worth. Warhammer books, D&D books, almost anyone to compare to, but Modiphius? I got Elder Scrolls and it was okay, but plenty of errors including on cards that are used in play... But, I'm a glutton, so also got their Dishonored book. Which came out in PDF first and had lots of errors, which were then not corrected in the print edition (delayed due to COVID)... Also, the printed book is 6.5"X9.5" instead of normal 8.5X11, but I don't see that mentioned on the product page. Sorry, little bit of a rant there. I actually got into Infinity via the RPG, and the core book is a good resource, but an example to follow for quality it is not.
They are the first thing that came to my ming related to the topic. I've only read their Infinity fluff books so... yeah. In terms of font they are easier to read for me. Considering the lack of any other Infinity fluff I think they are okay (and compared to Betrayal, I'd consider them great). Never seen their other stuff, can't say anything about it. (Also, I waited ordered Aleph book for 6 months)
