About Kasym Spoilers for fluff book nonsense, Spoiler Apparently the twins shanked him or something and he died but they examined the corpse and it didn't have a cube, so he's "dead" as in "temporarily lacking a body". Probably gonna be back either for some ITS shenanigans or Gaqbar Khanate release shenanigans. I guess its tradition to kill (or "kill") a Kum chieftain every new edition now?
Did someone know if the mimitismus-6 on the nasmat is a bug or intended? I think it was reported as a bug as the -6 on the fanous. But it's still there. The Fanous got corrected.
It is confirmed he should have the continuous damage trait on his BS (attack). I'm not sure if just on the rifle or on the Lsg as well... Gesendet von meinem ASUS_I01WD mit Tapatalk
On the Unit Profile, where it currently says BS Attack (Shock). So it will apply to all his BS Weapons.
Is Acid ammo going to be distributed around to other units that you know of, or is a Djabel unique ammo (which would be odd)?
Even so, if a bullet can do it, I'd expect it in more (non-flamethrower) places than a single close combat specialist character.
It's not like N3 didn't have rules that ended up on a single model for the entire edition. Even though it appeared that they had a wider application. At any rate, perhaps this super special ammo is too expensive, too obvious for covert missions (Fiday are generally used to make public statements), or whatever rationale we want to apply. Perhaps Corvus Belli suddenly realized that you have a very valid point, but don't want to apply this effect on a larger scale and instead are rethinking the process and are planning on another take. The long delay to updating the profile in the database is due to them exploring other options. Or Corvus Belli realizes their customers are really, really, whiny and nothing they do will ever be good enough.
Here's my head scratcher. Kasym Beg was too much man for 4th edition (or unable to satisfy the twins) and was written out of the story (relegating him to a life as a Kum proxy) So now for super bikers we have the twins themselves. Zulekya feels ever better than in N3. Her sister Zamira seems pretty staid in comparison. Are e/m close combat weapons in the wild as amazing as the technical discussions make them out to be?
They're pretty good, but B2 EXP is hard to top. If she had stolen Kasym's Panzerfaust then at least she would have a bigger niche as "the BS12 twin". Shock immunity makes them better than the standard Kum tho.
