Can't get the Neuro Yan Huo into a Haris. It has no native Haris options and the special link requires FTO profiles.
New rules state a Duo can be formed in Vanilla with a special skill or hacking program. Do we know what those are yet? BTW did anyone see ABH in vanilla says they have Haris skill but in ISS they don't? And no they can't form a Haris in vanilla.
This seems intentional. Sforza and Miranda both count as Bounty Hunters in ISS, which would let you form an ABH haris despite being only AVA2.
I think the question is why are they AVA 3 with Haris in Vanilla. Fucking crazy pills thought, are CB planning to add full fireteam rules to vanilla with the caveat that they get no wildcards or special bullshit links?
I'd be down for that if it's just Duo and Haris with no wildcards. They can even have something that has say an AVA2 Haris. Sure it's a Duo but it takes up Haris slot.
The basic rules for Fireteams still require the Sectorial Army List to list them as allowed Fireteams, so ABH still can't form a Haris in ISS because they aren't listed as being able to.
hack or shoot, you cant do both without breaking the fireteam. All the members of the fireteam should perform the same skill
Yeah, which is why you want to use a Repeater as attack piece so as to less often get into a position where you risk of having to choose. The Shang-Jesus would not be on long range ARO duty with this Fireteam and it'd instead rely on Sixth Sense providing amble opportunities to Hack stuff in prep for when they get into LOF and you are forced to return fire.
I'm getting some list paralysis with IA because there are just so many options now. It's a nice problem to have! I kinda like that one too) in a haris with the Ye Mao Engineer and a hacker of your choice. The Ye Mao is unhackable and can clear out rooftop threats while the Shang Ji does its thing. Fill in with a Tian Gou, Ye Mao or Shang Ji hacker to take advantage of that sweet tinbot-6. The rest of the list is midfield clogging, a Hundun to tag anything juicy and a Daofei LT to help do mission stuff.

What about the new mixed Wu Ming core with Cranes, XI and Zhanying? They can bring Firewall -6 and Crane hacker, various forms of SWC, DTWs, MadTraps and Sensor.
Discussion starts on page 3 about them. Xi Zhuang is probably a better source of madtraps than the zhanying. Alternatively take him with the Zhanying who has mad traps and have even more mad traps.
The Kuang Shi clarification is live. Looks like any celestial guard can form the link with Kuang Shi, but a monitor is necessary to enrol those kuang shi in the list. This makes, for example, CG MSR, Xi zhuang, Crane spitfire and 2 Kuang Shi a legal core. You could use the CG sniper for AROs on turn one, and once he gets nuked, you can reform the link around the CG monitor.
