Pretty much what the title says, but to elaborate: Monofilament weapons and K1 ammo have been removed as ammo types in N4, now only being defined by their traits (ARM=0 for both and State:Dead for monofilament). As there are no rules defined for those traits that I could find, does that mean that damage mods now apply? Eg: Martial Arts, BS Attack (+1 DAM), etc?
Yes I believe so. However you won't get the MA damage mod for monofilament as the mod is a boost to PH value and mono weapons are listed as DAM12 not PH.
What @Skjarr said. The only way you’d be able to apply a Damage bonus to a MonoCCW would be a unit with CC Attack (+X Damage).
Do Andromedas dcharges get pushed up to dmg 17 from her Martial Arts as well as her +1 cc dmg? And if she is using guardian to attack at range I assume she would be looking for a 24 and ignoring visual mods while responding fire would be effected by her MA modifier as well as her mimetism and possibly cover for -9 before range mods?
