Hacking Skill and Hacking device

    Does Having an hacking Device gives you the Skill hacking? Some Troppers (aka Gabriel De Fersen) have an Hacking Device without the skill Hacking.
    I'm quite sure he can use is device even if is not an Hacker BUT does he count for scoring mission Objective since he lack the Hacking Skill?

    Nevermind, i just updated the Army client and the Skill popped out. Thanks!
