To be honest the Ex Imp on Monks is mind boggling. Also, "Shaolin special forces commander" sounds like something a 15 year old kid would cook up for his totally-awesome-for-real RPG character, it makes me chuckle (like most of the characters in the game) And her, somehow we get 0 Shaolin characters for Svalarheima and a whole lot of characters that have absolutely no business being there
Nicely reflects how little care was taken in designing their profiles. They're not a penal legion, but many members were directly recruited from slums and crime gangs.
Not exactly a penal regiment, the commander just go specifically to fight clubs and bad neighborhood all over the human sphere to recruit the meanest and baddest sonuvabitch he can find for the hulang unit. Pretty much like a bad (but awesome) heist movie.
Honestly I'm not looking at background anymore. They only seem to use it to justify things when it suits them. I'm just saying that it would make the Hulang a little bit better. He wouldn't have a massive target painted on his back in the beginning of the game. I really hope he gets the 6-2 move at least. I'd love to see a breakdown percentage profile to profile of what people took for tournaments. I'm sure they have that but obviously don't share it. How about Nimbus? We have that in YJ. And it works against all MSV.
I do think that smoke with linked Haidao and rui shi might be too good. But there is a very easy fix: eclipse grandes, technically better protection but works against our very good msv2 so it's balanced. And it would be cool for Yu jings hi tech mechanized army to get at least 1 unit with hi tech smoke...
In that case there is no excuse for not giving hulangs smoke or eclipse. Small part of me hopes that White Company gets that because smoke is getting slight nerf in n4 and other factions that didn't get that in n3 might get it now. But most likely they want to sell models for white company so it need to be strong.
Yet gain CB shows how much they love nomads. Evaders are zuyongs plus, sombras are MI almost dao fei... cute edit, now we know why dao isnt getting price change, sombras at around 40 points must be significantly cheaper.
Wow, it really is just a cheaper, better Daofei. Isn't even hackable. And it's a lot cheaper. Not going to lie, I feel pretty dirty about that.
Yeah Zuyong are going to need an extreme price cut to justify stacking up against the Evader profile. I nearly spit out my cereal when I saw that. Given that we know the Spitfire Dao Fei costs 55pts in N4, that profile versus the Sombra doesn't even look remotely fair either.
ODD 2str 16dam mk12 combat rem also looks dope. Cheerkillers seem decent with how cheap they are and dont pay for haris (evaders also have free haris btw...) At least it looks like we should keep firewall -6 on our heavy boys.
Evaders are HaiDaos with climbing plus and better. We don't get the exclusivity of HI engineer anymore. Sombras are more aggresive better Zenchas The new Sputnik has a YanHuo with climbing plus and double missile launcher profile. I don't know who is tha idiot in game design team that thought that was what Nomads needed, but it's clear if you want to play HI links play Nomads. Their linkable HIs really have skills unlike our plain ones. The update on 25th better bring a lot of surprises for YJ , because right now I have one foot out of the game.
Not to mention the Sombra Specialist Operative rappels up against the Zencha too, and then says "Hey, isn't being Shock Immune and unhackable pretty cool?"
Oh i bet we will get very surprised... with how little has changed for better :) And the best thing is that its nomads whos getting all these new toys. But i guess CB staff are just a bunch of edgy nerds that still have teenage rebelion period in their lives.
I was gonna say those profiles are a spit in the face of Yu Jing and particularly Invincible, but it's more like they crap all over our HI. At least idiots can't tell us "buuut buut but you have Dao Fei"
I don't want to say the sky is falling but it's damn low. Yeah yeah there's going to be changes but i'm not holding out hope they make YJ equal. The Sombras craps on Daofei, Hulang, and Zhencha. Evaders laugh at the Haidao. Oh you have 5 profiles? How cute. I mean come on! Every single one of them a Specialist and then three Engineers!? I can't really say anything about he new REM since we got the Long Ya but I'm irked that yet again it has more profiles. It's like every other faction's new profiles always get double the profiles that YJ gets. I'm also willing to bet they will be able to link themselves or they will all be wildcards. Edit: Oh and looks like Killer Hackers are still a thing too.
