Hm. What does "discountined SKUs" mean? Does it mean all of the listed units are being deleted from the game? I own all of the dropped ALEPH minis... BTW. I've been wondering: what about stuff like silhouttes, area attack templates etc. - will these change, or will they remain the same as in N3?
If you already have the models you're not affected, just the Stock Keeping Unit being removed from sale. They'll be the same as Code One (which are the same as N3).
Stock Keeping Unit. Means they won't be produced or sold as a physical product anymore (until they reach their goal of updating them to the new standards) Edit: Ninjaed
ughhhhh! The new profiles are nice, but come on. Everythings a Wildcard now...how inspired. Even more minmaxing. MSV 2 in HB... And the 15 Order limit might have never been necessary, if every of the problematic profiles would have gotten a similar treatment like Mutts.
I see, thanks! I've been wondering whether I should get a heart attack or something :) Good! Thanks :)
Which doesn't make sense with some of the CHA boxes, they're discontinuing the CHA starter and 3rd Greys HMG which are new sculpts. Also, the Mutts are still AVA4, still spammable, steal cheap af, they just can't get fireteam bonuses now. And hackers with Firewall are resistant to them, but were they targets of Jammer, really?
You can’t deploy the Nadhir in markerstate, he doesn’t have the Camouflage Special Skill. So it’s Hidden Deployment, or having a model on the table.
Pretty much, un-nesting the skills lets them design units with more granular abilities like this. No marker state also means no surprise shot for the Nadhir.
That would require Hidden Deployment to give a Marker form (looking at the C1 Surprise Attack rules).
You’re assuming only Hackers will have Firewall in N4. If it’s expanded, or if, for example, whatever Fairy Dust or its replacement looks like can be on more types of units, then that’s tasty.
He does have Surprise attack in his skills, wonder why that would be if he couldn't leverage it out of HD.
Yeah, surprise attacking is an individually noted skill now, logical conclusion is that it may allow for marker state without surprise shot/attack? though this may still never happen, much like how tags and remotes seem to all have the previous innate parts of their unit type as unnested skills every time. (though may be we one day get a tag who can dodge with their full ph, it's possible in n4 now at least)
