i just pulled the info from the pledge manager for each item so it's likely

 

The alt-bodies for heroes with their additional primary body parts (so that you can make two Cadins, etc.), do they arrive in Wave 2? Or do you get a 2nd basic-half of Cadin Wave 1 and the alt-part Wave 2?

 

They're listed on the Kickstarter as part of the Collectors box.

 

Nice, that makes the decision to pay for Wave 1 even better.

So, in inverse, what's left to be shipped in Wave 2 then, for somebody who bought Platinum? These two expansions listed below, for sure.

Rahman Rouhani? Jazz's remote, Billie? "4 Alternative Heroes: Fat Yuan Yuan, Kitsune, Uxia, Lei Gong" are already mentioned in Outcast.

Trisha + Yudbot? All the foams, tiles, sleeves, tokens cards from stretch goal?

The NPC Agnes miniature I don't think we've seen at all (or are there pictures?).

Is that all or am I missing something?

which i found weird when originally announced since its just a box of existing minis that all (at least when announced) were in production for infinity

 

I'd assume repackaging, low priority so left for the last.

 

They also take parts from several different boxes, so they are likely doing new productions of each rather than cannibalising existing stock.
