Really liked the update today. To me as an Aristeia enthusiast it looks very familiar and a bit like „build your own Aristo“. Really looking forward to this!
Guys, pay attention to texts readability. The word ARMOR is unreadable in Martial Artist's and Advanced Kinematic Armors. A little shadow should be enough. I love these new items!
Just to be more specific (since I didn't understand what you were talking about at first)... the keyword text is hard/impossible to read due to the art. Assuming these keywords aren't just for show, they need to be easily readable. The word in the title is fine, even if the A and R look a bit too similar.
Quick question. Does the game have cardboard stand-ins for all characters and enemies? That is, is it fully playable standalone, without the models?
I don't think they ever said anything for the players, so they might not have tokens. They should have a bunch of enemy tokens, but I don't think they've ever stated exactly how many "monster-tokens" there are. Like, Defiance has a bunch of Shas, but Outcast only has a handful of O12, so are the missions vs fewer,but stronger, enemies? We'll see I guess!
Yeah, it'd be great to know beforehand, I'm probably looking to sell the game itself and hope it's fully functional w/o those models.
It says 1-4 players. Does anyone know if it's possible to play with 5? We happen be 5 in our gaming group.
If you want to take your life into your own hands. ;) There are additional heros to use. I believe six are "free" plus there are others depending on how much you invest into your pledge. BUT if you want five or more heros during a game you will have to fiddle with the opposition numbers to continue to make it a challenging game. Alternatively you could have one person run the aliens and run through the AI cards and make the moves without quite so much banter around the table over it.
For people that knows both Spanish and English. In which language do you will be taking it? and why? I can not decide myself... Is there an official language set for the game?
I think this was answered in one of their FAQs. IIRC the main heroes do not have representations that aren't the models themselves. That said, each of the 4 main heroes DOES have an alternate pose so you could, potentially, keep the 4 heroes and sell the game with the alternate sculpts.
this^ i got a group of 6, im happy to run as the AI and let the other 5 play. would be good if there were scaling rules.
You may have to experiment with some homebrew adaptations, but it could just be that if you play the enemy side intelligently like a Dungeon Master instead of rigid and easily manipulated AI, 6 players might be decent balance.

@Koni So, a 1-2 month delay of Wave 1, does that mean Wave 2 will also be delayed by a similar amount?
Unfortunately yes, Wave 2 will be also delayed by a similar amount, but we'll go deeper on details for that particular Wave as soon as we can get more exact times. We're pretty sorry for it :(
Well, having most of the team sheltering at home to avoid a plague does kind of slow things down, so nothing unexpected there.
