So I noticed that our support pack has an RRP of 47.99 and the YJ one is 30.99. I guess this means we will get parts to make the various engineers for our sectorials? Kinda sucks for someone like me who is going to want the variation for each sectorial. Or is PanO just becoming the rich kid sectorial? :P
Holy smokes! Is that because the YJ one had recycled the G:Servants while all models in PanO are new? Honestly, this kinda' makes me reconsider buying the support pack..
You might also be getting hit by currency conversion issues. Do you know the new PanO Support Pack cost in euros? All the "classic" repacked support packs are 25.95; Haqq's is fully new and is 30.95. The Ariadna pack is just weird so I'm not even counting it.
UK MSRP is £27 for the PanO pack, £23 for Yu Jing (I checked Waylaid Games) The latest Haqq support pack is £27, the previous was £23. Seems like something screwy with the US$ pricing/conversion.
I mean, what parts are there for other Sectorial specific Engineers? Helmets? More likely than not? It's just CB being CB.
They shouldn't be adding that much to the cost, if that's the case. It's the frigging Tinbots all over again.
I think it is ridiculous having the PanO support pack cost that much more than the Yu Jing. Remotes, Support packs, & other similar units like LineTroop (Fusiliers, Zhanshis, etc...) boxes should be the same price across factions. And they should be cheaper than what price is being used for the current/newer boxes.
I think there's something we've not seen going on here, my best guess is alt options for the regional variants of Machinist. But maybe it's just an error?
It's the same price as the Haqq pack in £ and € AFAIK, it's more than the Yu Jing one because it includes 4 new and unique sculpts, rather than two new sculpts and two relatively ancient ones.
If there were alt options, they'd be shouting it from the rooftops. It's shitty pricing. We've seen it for years now on 4 model sets.
You are right. There is no extra arms or heads for other sectorials at all. There is no reason for this price hike. It has made me not want to buy the support pack. Guess I shall convert/kitbash my own pack myself.
I agree with that. you shouldn't have a 5€/$ difference between basics of a faction. This is no sectorial stuff as per say. Same goes for action packs... where I'm happy they seems to be at 80€/$ each, I feel like this is the big shout-out to not play YJ or PanO at C1 if you're solo and just go toward O-12 and shas... sorry *CA* as a starter because of the price gap between grabbing Kaldstrom + beyond versus action pack.
