Knights of Justice is a current times rank of Hospitalers and I see no reason why in the future it cannot be reused.
Depends on what exactly you're counting as losses (usually this includes injured/traumatized). Having 2-3 out of 10 people you know, dead or injured is pretty bad for morale. Most real people rarely fight to the death given a choice, unlike video games. Main example for Europe would be Protestant (which still varies from country to country afaik). You can be whatever and marry whatever and still be a priest. Since I'm paper Catholic (too lazy to quit) I'm not invested enough in the whole thing to be an expert on i.e. the difference in between a pastor and a priest across the minefield of subsects within Christianity. Just 13 years of mandatory classes (or easy good grades) in school dealing with it for reference. There's so many other variants - New Apostolic, Anglican, Free XYZ, etc - it can be hard to keep track how they are different. TL:DR as far as Infinity is concerned equal rights can be assumed for Neo Vatican related military.
That's definetaly relatively easy doable. Also do not confuse priest marrying (or not) with ordaining women (those are rather 2 very different things). Changing the prior matter would be hard. Probably on "you would have to blow up the whole Vatican with all cardinals first" level ....

You can stick overclock on the Peacemaker with a command point if you end up going second for a nice defensive buff, and hopefully use its repeater to try and create a no-go zone for enemy AHDs that would otherwise threaten the HI, Bulleteer is always awesome, and I reckon the Karhu will make for a pretty good midliner.
