I'm on a streak! His first friend is nearly battle Read and the third one also nearly done. I corrected the orange as it was too red in the first mini[IMG][IMG]

    Thanks a lot.
I was not sure at first as I choose to transpose the tutorial from AG 2nd book instead of the way I used for my troops and remotes.
It first looked way much lighter but thought I had to go through the entire process and once the color block done the blue ended less ligth.
Add the shadow work and the edge highlight then you got this.
I hope I'll get a decent NMM work now.

I'm looking at the next step and I'm not sure about the color shift I need to do based on the Vol.2 tutorial.
In the studio schema, the blade is worked red. I have no idea which color I should use to match my blue schema.
The blade handle is initially done with a golden NMM, I'm considering to make it metal NMM with a blue hue. Does it make sense ?

    Advices are really required here.

    Interesting.
Not sure I actually have what's best to make it but I should find a way to deal without.

Thanks a lot for the idea.

Finished Sniper. It was my 2nd figure after 2 years without any painting.
It was also my furst experiment with GW Contrast paints - i used it on his pants. I think it looks ok and was fast to paint: Jade green with a layer of contrast medium and Scarf green and some jade highlights.
I repaired a little skin, because it was a little to dark and rough shaded. I also added LOS marketing on base by yellow-red danger stripes. What doyou think about it? What needs some more work? 20200329_203713.jpg 20200329_202432.jpg 20200329_202323.jpg

    Some progress here.
I expected a better result but as I reworked several things several times, I'm happy with what I get.
Should have worked the white more with the airbrush but even if I know it I'm still struggling with the "let it dry" rule.

The sword result is far from what I had in mind but the result is interesting.
I need to prep a base and choose what color to use on the tactical wreck under the foot. Red is the first that comes in mind but I'm open to suggestion.

Decals will be added once the paint will be considered done.

Looks good so far though I had a deeper Orange in mind. Like my YJ for example.

Don't use red for your large pieces on your base. Red takes attention away and u want your attention on your mini, not the base!

I will end the month with everything started ended.
So green it is for the wreck.

Some extra bases for some of the remaining drawer of shame (i also did some for Haqqislam but as they are just paper glued, they'll need a mini on them to be shown).
