I'm not surprised about the lack of Jotums, this is after all Code One, not Infinity N3/N4. This Pan Oceania list is not a sectorial based one like Svalarheima. There's a bit of every PanO sectorial in there, which gives new players a good way to spread out eventually when they are ready to make the jump to N4. If I'm not mistaken, all these troops will be released throughout the years in the new Code One boxes and blisters, like the Cutter resculpt. So it might be a hint for all the new resculpts we are going to get (besides some repacks for more recent sculpts I guess)
Yes, it's not Svalarheima...it's "whatever we can throw together in addition to the Svalarheima pack". ;)
Pretty much why I was expecting Jotums to be (re?)released as the TAG pack, but if the Pan-O TAG is (due to?) a re-release of Cutter then it makes perfect sense.
They've said a couple of times that there's a Cutter resculpt in the works, so it makes sense that it's the C1 TAG. I'm sure the Jotum will be in the WinterFor list we see on Friday.
I wouldn't be surprised if CB are planning to show off the dossier art or even the 3D render for the new cutter at Gencon. They could even show off the Yu Jing Blue Wolf tag while they're at it.
I was really hoping martial arts was going to be +1 Burst and +1 DAM per level and cap out at three, and three would be exceedingly rare.

Holy cowbells, Batman. Adil basically has N3 equivalent of MAL3 and i-Kohl L2. For reference, this makes him the currently known best melee combatant in game (if he ever gets there).
