You seem to be counting every mini in a box as an SKU. That's not right- each box and blister IS an SKU. Stock Keeping Unit. And a camo infiltration shotgun with MSV won't see the table in N3? Yeah, it's overshadowed by the minelayer and even sniper but it's still got potential. Especially when against Ariadnan or Shasvastii camo spam. That's the interesting thing about this game, there's a role for every "lesser" option out there, even if your local meta might not show it.
No, he's saying that in the IA starter the Haidao CoC should've been Haidao KHD, that the Daoying Sniper should've been Daoying Hacker, and that the Liu Xing AHD should've been the Zhencha SMG, which would free up the 3 SKUs that those blisters use for more products. I personally find that to use IA starter as an example to be a bit of a low blow, as I find the miniatures in the IA starter manages to miss all profiles that makes IA tic - starters usually have, in my opinion, 3 basic order generators that you often use without thinking, one really good profile, one really bad profile, and one highly situational profile.
If you play IA as LI with Zuyong link then the starter makes sense. Too bad there is only one real combi profile out there. I usualy use the MR from the YJ starter as the TA Combi. From the IA starter, I have to admit (now that I have the KHD Haidao), that I use mainly combi and BSG Zuyong. ML is rare and LI only. Combi Haidao mainly served as a proxy. Sometime I use CoC and rarely Engineer. The Daoying sniper found use in my early games and from time to time I play two Daoying. I realy like the sniper & minelayer combo, but yes Daoying Hacker is in use maybe 95 % in IA. But its good to have the options. Maybe they can move away from starters and bring unit-boxes. Daoying unit double blister. Haidao Box of three (they can delete the RF profile or give the msv2 on that too). Zuyong Box of 4 (or even 5) inkl. new HMG. And so on.
It's good to have the options, but the way the sectorial is designed I would say that the Daoying sniper is the only one intended for common use and the Liu Xing is the situational model, the rest of the miniatures just aren't part of the sectorial's design. Both the Zuyong BSG and the Haidao Combi are supplanted by the Haidao KHD, or the Haidao Combi is supplanted by Zuyong Combi internally, which is also missing the Tinbot, and the Zuyong ML is supplanted by the Haidao MSR or the Shang-Ji HRL and isn't anywhere near as good or versatile as the much cheaper Tanko in JSA... What I'm saying is that the starter is a bit of a mess and if I catch people wanting to start IA I'll advice them to first buy all the everything but the starter. I haven't personally used any of the IA starter miniatures in the limited insertion lists (which is partly a lie, I played one with two Daoying snipers last Saturday), but I've used an obscene amount of Zuyong HMGs, so many that I've accidentally purchased 4 of them (I meant to buy only 3, but brain farted and wallet took the hit) So, wrapping around back to the situation at hand. I'm a bit worried about the Jujak. I'm hoping they either have deployment skills or are linkable, and if it is the former I'm also wary of the BTS value, marker state, and so on. The rest looks solid, respectable, and actually core design, which is a nice change of pace considering also that the ISS starter wasn't bad but catered to a very specific build which makes it niche - my niche, but still a niche.
I'm hoping that big backside cylinder on the Jujak implies some unique functionality. Superjump? I dunno.
I believe it might be a flametank. Probably not due to the gun possibly housing the fire ammo. If not then what could it be?
Looks like a big fuel hose wrapped around his right leg (our left) which seems to match the aesthetic of the tank and the size of the socket holes on it, so likely has flamethrower in every profile I think

I'd rather not. It's an annoying enough gimmick as it is on Wallie, and the last thing Infinity needs to do is empower order spam even further. ...I mean, I'll use it if I get it. But I'm still hoping against it.
I wanted to say "but YJ only has one native irregular troop with the Shaolin, except from these pesky warcor with cameras, microphones and their unholy independent news coverage... but then i remembered the spine- and honorless mercenary additions like monstrucker and such.. :D
