All from the CanCon video uploaded to YouTube this morning. Released at Adepticon (late March) Operation: Kaldstrom features PanO/Yu Jing and works both as a starter packsl for Code1 (which is Vanilla only) but also as White Banner and Svalarheima Winter Force. No confirmation if those sectorials will launch at the same time or come with N4 at Gen Con (August). Because this raises the number of PanO Sectorials to five, Bostria said it's most likely that NCA would be rotated out of production to free up space for Svalarheima. Yu Jing will only have three Sectorials at this point, so is unlikely to cause any discontinuation. He confirmed we will get a third Sectorial but Bostria was keeping mum about exactly who. From what has been said at previous events (like the Gen Con Q&A) my money is on an O-12 sectorial.
I suspect it will have all the generic knights, plus Hospitallers (and Hospitaller characters). Bostria did suggest that the MO 300 point box would be usable as a Sval army box as well, so that's Hospitallers, Magisters, Sergeants, Crusaders, Joan and Black Friar. It's a pretty safe bet that Father Knights (every order has Father Knights) and De Fersen will be included as well.
If NCA goes OOP, SWF might have access to the Uhlan as its light TAG to keep the Stingray box entirely relevant. I wonder if Teutons will make it to N4. If not, this could explain why they didn't get that much change. Singh could find his end in the war too. If ASA disappears, I would be very sad too. Same if my beloved Guarda says goodbye.
In the videos. Its confirmed NCA will go bye bye. I'm betting we're getting Hawkwood's sectorial as well.
I really hope we get some sort of Guard troop for Svalarheima. I was pretty disappointed that Varuna didn't have one.
The third sectorial will most likely be O12. They said when O12 was released they wanted to have a sectorial for them within a year.
Guess this means that we need to make sure to grab the six unique NCA units while we can. Auxila, Hexa, Bolts, Aquila Guard, Swiss Guard (minus the new HMG), & Locust sculpts are now going to be scarce for conversions and the like. Therefore if you like any of these models now is the time to buy them up. I should finish grabbing some Bolts and the Locust sculpt before the box does drop.
Bolts are also in ForeCo, so i dont think they gonna kill them. And Aquila and Swiss are Infinity classics, so they are safe. But who is gonna get the goodbye reesculpt? Auxilias or Hexa?
At Gen Con last year Bostria (escorted by minders from marketing) said they wanted to get O-12s first sectorial out within a year.
