Re-entering camouflage & taking AROs in the same order

Doesnt the clipsos have stealth so the Ghazi doesn't get the ARO?

 

Stealth only applies to Short Movement Skills that don't require a roll, or Cautious Move.

Re-entering Camo doesn't fall into either category.
