Hello I been away from infinity for a year or 2 and I use to mainly play Aleph and Tohaa but I originally focused on Nomads and I'm considering returning back to them. (And Panociea). One of the reasons is becuase I'm getting into converting (mainly heads swaps and stuff) and Nomads might be good for that with their focus on individuality ect. Gameplay wise I know slot has changed while I'm into all 3 Sectorals my main interests are Bakunin (maybe Tunguska) Becuase I been away awhile I would like some advice on building a Bakunin list though, since I haven't built one in ages. I was going to go Moria fireteam but I know their expensive team. Riot girls also look great but again a Haris team seems better.
How competitive is your meta? Moira based lists are playable if handled with a deft hand but will struggle in more competitive environments. The Riot Grrl core is really quite cheap for what you get and is one of the stronger list archetypes in Bakunin. Personally, I prefer either a Riot Grrl Haris or Kusanagi Haris (with or without a Moderator core to back them up). I find they're fun and competitive archetypes with more than enough room to play around with the other factional toys (Z&P, Uberfalls, Zeroes etc). You can even run them both together. Bakunin is one of the few factions that hasn't been updated to the Third Offensive standard. So most of the older advice is still sound.
I don't know it's been a while. They might have a tournament so maybe.... But hopefully if the update Bakunin it will help Morias be useful. Even if not I know Kusanaginis dueaz new model so running her in haris works. If I run her in harus though is it too risky to make her or Custodian the LT? Their both gonna attract alot of fire or should I make a Moderator the LT?
It depends a lot on the mission and how you want to play the Haris. I tend to using a Moderator Lt with a second Moderator as a decoy. In my meta Custodier Lts die too easily so I absolutely avoid them. So I've had a chunk of casual success with this in mainly armoury missions, but it'd do fine in others: Grrls Haris Grrls Specialist Grrls Spitfire Mod MSR Mod Lt Mod x 4 Uberfalls + 3 Pups Sineater Spitfire Daktari + Zondbot CRAP Morlock 2 x EM CCW Morlocks 2 x DA CCW Morlocks Zero Minelayer Zero KHD The basic plan is to push with the warbands T1 shifting to the Haris and SK T2/3. You will lose the Moderator MSR: it's mainly there to keep warbands honest T1. Your primary ranged AROs are the Sineater and Blitzens, coupled with Morlocks to tarpit attacks. You can pretty much swap the Grrls for the Kusanagi Haris: but you do need to drop some Morlocks or the Daktari to fit it.
