They arent available in the army until PDF with Dire Foes mission become public. That they were available was a bug.
From what I can see on these boards, USAriadna guys like their M-links. Rosie not being able to link with them may or may not become a bummer.
Light Rockets are 0 SWC, that's basically the difference between them and a Heavy Rocket. He is, indeed, sick. Plasma Rifle. Not Carbine - Rifle.
Well, apart from Thorakitai, Thrasymides, Sakiel, Mavericks, or Knight of Montesa. Which makes Rosie the only 0 SWC LRL in the game.
I stand corrected. I believe that Wu Ming used to have a LRL for 0 SWC and same cost as the current HRL, but Wu Ming is prone to have funky SWC discounts that are fairly unique. Edit: right, yeah, it's 6/0,5 for LRL and 6/2 for HRL as standard. Roughly.
I'd take a box of Sakiel with just different light rocket launcher poses...and I'd field them in all the games!
