looking at the diagrams and rules its a bit vague to my understanding.

if i was moving a link, coordinated order or a G:sync head first into a model on the same elevation with the largest model at the front with a S2 right behind it what sizes obscure the S2 model from LoF?

N3 Frequently Asked Question FAQ Version: 1.1
Q: When two or more troopers activate simultaneously, (through a Coordinated Order or Fireteam, for example) can one of them “hide” behind the others to avoid AROs?
A: No. Troopers don’t block LoF while moving.

Keep one really important thing in mind: For a coordinated order or pretty much any G:servant or g:sync situation, if you declare a movement skill then everyone declares that skill. So once you've declared movement, no one is blocking line of sight.

There's no such thing as "This trooper hides behind that trooper while they're moving".

thanks that clears up a lot of confusion.

and just to cover all bases of my autism.
if a large model was stationary and ta seprate S2 is walking behind it in a straight line?

A model not being activated blocks LoF, so a Silhouette 7 TAG blocks LoF as a 55x67mm cylinder, with the proviso that troopers can never provide partial cover.

Edit: If the larger model was part of the same Co-order/Fireteam/G: Sync group then it will count as moving even if you don't physically move it, as all members are considered to Declare the same Skills.

Note that markers such as Camouflaged troopers don't block LoF

    Sorry to go off-topic, but...
Can we please not use that as a casual insult/slang term?

Fair enough; most of the time when I see people throw it around like that it's used in the way I mentioned. It's a thing that frequently bothers me, both here and elsewhere.
