I'd expect something like; (Breaker?) pistol, chaincolt, a rifle variant, electric pulse, sensor, and maybe a visor (though I doubt it as there isn't one sculpted on). arm2 1w, doged, bs13, wip 14 and maybe mimetism (can never have too many BS13 linked mimetic shooters in the game), specialist operative and maybe another skill or two.
Im going to amend my earlier comment: I'm not sure what's in the Spec Ops' right hand; it may be a pitcher instead of a zapper... whatever it is it looks a lot like what Mary is carrying in her right hand.
The (nomad) pitcher is modelled as the two knots under the Barrel of the pistol (like at the Puppeteer SMG). Check Mary Problem pic - the pistol/zapper in her left hand sports a pitcher)
Yeah, I think the pitcher, being listed as standalone on her profile, might be what she's holding. Every other pitcher has been mounted to another weapon so maybe this is like how a lot of grenade launchers have "standalone" modules? She's just holding a pitcher bolted onto a grip,, and her SMG+Zapper is on the back?
I think you're right about the standalone pitcher, the weapon on her back definitely looks more like SMG+Zapper (which is admittedly what her loadout says).
I belive you are correct and this makes me sad because it eliminates dual cool pistols and twin weapon possibilities for the Dire Foe profile. It has me leaning towards, at most, an unmodeled combi. Shit maybe she'll have something cool like high PH and stun nades, yeah right.. ah well here's to hoping she has decent profiles.
Flash Pulse. To represent her FLASHing her detective badge so quickly and furiously, her opponents are left stunned in shock and awe!
Damn. I'd really been hoping for a Zapper/Chaincolt combo, so you can always catch the opponent out if you're in template range. That and Dogged would be a pretty sweet combo.
From the look of her model I am not excited for her rules. Two short ranged weapons aren't good without FD2 and detective doesn't scream infiltrator but more counterinteligence or specialist troop. We will see.
I kinda feel like detective says something like sensor/sniffer/biovisor/msv. Sensor and more useful than a grenzer, or msv 2 even with so-so guns would be useful? I dunno what I really want from her?
MSV2 would be interesting. It's wierd Tunguska doesn't have that but Corregidor does, funded by Tunguska
Also weird that BJC doesn't have it either considering a lot of our kit comes from the labs there. Additionally the Nomad sectorials with MSV2 don't have WN and the ones that do don't have MSV2, makes me think theres some specific design there.
Because the Brawlers in StarCo are the dead sexy cream of the crop :P I'm inclined to agree with not letting many factions have MSV2, white noise, and eclipse grenades. As someone who plays mostly by board control; anything that lets you delete individuals or blind them and move freely is very strong. Stacking these options gets ridiculously strong way too quickly unless the faction has other major issues. At the moment it's just StarCo and ForCo that have this combo unless I'm mistaken (likely).
When everyone gets access to the same thing you may as well stop bringing whatever it counters. For example a lot of stuff that ss2 ignores feels like a waste.
