Here is another scenario for you fine ladies and gentlemen and everyone in between... There is a Bao Troop with MSV2 in smoke. Mr Morlock, armed a Chain Rifle, first Short Skill move past the Bao Troop. This excites the Bao Troop as he can see the unsuspecting Morlock through his MSV2, so he ARO shoots! Can the Morlock shoot back at the Bao Troop with his Chain Rifle as normal with his Second Short Skill? Is there any rolls? Modifiers?
you can respond to being shot through smoke with a -6 modifier http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Zero_Visibility_Zone (3rd and 4th bullet) luckily for Mr. Morlock a chain rifle doesn't roll to hit and will do so automatically. The Bao should rethink his plan
