If a unit is attacked with guided ammo (because it is in TARGETED state), the unit can try to dodge. The DODGE is performed as if the unit had LoF (without MOD) or not (with -3MOD) ?? Thank you very much
As Mike is implying, the dodge operates in the exact same way as dodging any other impact template weapon does. If the attacked model is outside of LoF from the model firing the guided ammunition, the target would suffer the -3 MOD to it's Face to Face dodge roll (unless it has Sixth Sense L2). However if the model being attacked has LoF to the model using the guided ammunition the dodge would not incur the -3MOD, though of course this situation will be more rare and the interaction may not have been immediately apparent to you as a result.
Also, you can only dodge without LoF against template weapons, you can change facing (wich is a dodge with -3) if the attack comes from your ZoC, but if the attack comes from out of LoF and out of ZoC you cant declare ARO (unless another rule allows it, like another trooper using Alert, or sixth sense L2)
All guided weapons are template weapons, so for the purposes of the OP's question you can always at least dodge at -3

Sorry that's not quite correct. During the typically bollixed intro of Firestorm there was a period where both the guided sniper and a guided multi sniper were both listed and showed up in the weapon chart to boot. Clearly this was one of many errors. I still miss it.
