I guess it will be an "autoexclude" in ITS, given how insanely expensive it should be with 5 Wounds. Even if being S9 brings it a serious discount. Sure, it is the biggest, baddest mother of twelve bastards we have seen, like, ever. But you still need to feed it Orders. And if S9 is - as I expect, as wide as S8, but taller, it is going to be pretty easy to draw LOS to it with your heavy weapons. And it is going to be born / hatched / activated with a gorram big crosshair painted on it.
if it works like the stormwall from warmachine people won't try to aro it because it will have enough attacks to demolish half their army
I'm 100% in this camp, but, I still want the Megolodron to be a thing. It doesn't matter if there is one giant death machine, only if "Main Battle Unit" becomes the next 'tier' above TAG and everyone has to get one. I'm legit just wanting a Jotum-esk unit. Big and dumb and awesome and probably never going into any of my lists. A huge Avatar with 5 STR and none of the strategos etc - which is a huge factor in why I run Avatar lists in the first place lol. I don't even know how I'd make that work Let me play big smashy CA with a different toy! Edit: Man this makes me wish there was a Dropzone Commander-scale version of Infinity for the Big Battles. Doesn't fit the fluff outside of Humans vs Combined but man I'd buy the shit out of that
You'll get to play with it, the Infinity profile is coming in the next update, just not in tournaments, which is probably for the best.
To be fair, the only way to get it in the missions they've released is by having a modified point value list + that glorious monstrosity... that works out to only 150 points, hahaha
4 Orders of his own? Total Immunity? Well damn. Guess that's a job for Tarik-the'-Critfisherman and his Mk12 MSV2 pal from my side. Would be interesting to try to play against that thing. Assume it's only going to be in vanilla..
The narrative scenarios they just launched allow it's use in Vanilla or Sectorial CombArmy. Not in ITS though, they're very clear that it's not allowed in tournaments.

Regular+TacAware+Lieutenant Lvl2 is 4 orders per turn just from Meggie. In Defiance it also has 4 initiative cards, one for each body section!
