Really hope that they release some Varangians and the Zeta unit soon. I need those minis to be good. Varangians are going to be in every list and the Zeta I am excited to try, if the mini is not beautiful I will be v sad.
I'd kind of like the Zeta to be the spiritual successor to the Dragao. A shoulder mounted gun would leave the arms free for climbing.
Golem2God freaking called it in this thread, Female Kakrot Renegade is coming out in Defiance with the newest unlocked expansion, not in January though.
^^^Not in January you say? Ha! It's a Kickstarter due in June 2020. That Female Krakot may very well come out in January... January 2021. Mini would have been much cooler without the mask. Just Sayin'. In case someone at CB is looking for a stretch goal to add and decides to, oh, I dunno, add a spare head for the female Krakot as the stretch goal, like they did for Qiang Gao.
It is a pleasant surprise. Seems as if CB still hasn't come up with a accepted design for the Zerats' face as Kendrat has her's cover in a mask. I hope we get separate non-Defiance models for the heroes/characters of this kickstarter for Infinity use. Jaan Staar looks nice as well along with a few others. I wonder what the 100,000 euro stretch goal & beyond bring to this game and hopefully the Infinity army builder. Here's hoping that the extra head does come through the pipe. Would be a great surprise for all of us.
It seems i'm the only one in these forums that actually does not want to see how a female Morat face looks like. You have been warned though
Heh, I don't care if she's ugly. Lady is chonky. Chonky monky ladies are fine in my book :DDDD In all seriousness, though, I genuinely like that model. Cool pose, neat sculpt. I want three of them (two to convert).
Bleh, this is my headcannon: https://www.deviantart.com/sunkaro/art/Infinity-Oznat-Morat-449653001 And if you can't appreciate the buff ladies, mate, I feel bad for you :D
The was a meme that I cant find anywhere now, should have saved it. It goes like this: Guy 1: So you like anime? Guy 2 (DaRed): Yeah Guy 1: I like cute anime girls, you too right? Guy 2: Yeah.... Guy 2 mind: Getting his head crushed by a ripped anime lady's thighs For the record, I also like semi-buff women.
I would think Zerats are more naturally inclined to pack on muscle mass compared to Human Women. The species' as a whole seems to be more naturally buff than we are.
Their society points toward that, yes, though we must remember that what we see are Warriors. That being said, in Lore, every Morat is born with a twin and one must kill the other in the womb. So I imagine Morat girls have to be strong even if civilians.
It makes me want for some info about the non-military aspects of Morat society to be delved into by Corvus along with more insight to the Tohaa, Shas, etc. The Morat Engineer Guilds are implied to being held back by the E.I. in a small blurb in the Core RPG book so Morats will mostly remain a military controlled society. It has peaked my interest in the normal Morats away from the front lines of warfare and how powerful the Engineer Guilds who build the weapons used by the Aggression Forces could become. Hopefully CB & Modiphius will provide a nice society background for the Combined and Tohaa RPG books.

I imagine Morat Society has a lot of propganda associated with non-Warrior jobs. Like Farmers and such are "contributing to the war effort." You probably also have a lot of people spoiling for a fight, trying to be the biggest fish in their little ponds. Technological research is done with an eye toward military application first, then, if relevant, may trickle into civilian usage, with advances as necessary to support the logistic requirements of an eternal war. Ultimately, though, the EI controls Morat Society. If there's a Monkey Einstein, he'd be wasted in battle. The EI would likely step in and direct his career, and he'd do it gladly due the Morat Culture's religious devotion to the EI.
Morats aren't religiously following the EI. On the contrary, they are actively waiting for an opening to rebel because it's in their nature. The EI beat them so they follow it, but it better not appear weak or they'll turn on it fast. Honestly, considering how the EI act toward humanity, it could almost appear as fear to the Morat. Wouldn't be surprised if the new renegade Krakot girl did exactly that.
