Well, looking at the entity of the discussion here and on facebook, it seems like I found a little treasure on Pinterest :P It's good to be back on this forum and generally on forums, as I missed them a lot: social networks are not as good for discussing :(
There was just some dude incessantly sharing that on facebook with no official posting anywhere, trying to either spread rumors or show off that he could make something easily faked and try to get people to disbelieve the Yu Jing/ JSA posting before it became official, or trying to get people hype for no reason I guess? Either way it was obnoxious and on like, every single facebook post related to the ENOUGH stuff.
Maybe Yu Jing are taking a leaf out of PanO's book and designing their new drop troop like their existing one? PanO has a bunch of troops looking very similar to each other and they seem to be fine.
Well, internet translators tell me that Liu Xing could be translated as Meteor, so I always stood by that meaning it was the drop HI
That's rumour mixing for ya. There was a korean HI rumiour at some point in the faraway past. Then there was White Banner. Then the korean became a white banner troop in the way these king of misteries happen Then Bostria told us they were working on invincible and that there would be a troop called Liu Xing, Shooting Star or Meteor (depending on translation) Then something or other happened. Then you posted here. Things are getting pretty confusing to get track of these days, but at least most of my dossiers are up to date. I know what you had for dinner last night, for example.
That could fit with the Aconticemento red herring on the timeline image from LVO/CanCOn seminars. Of course it is all a Shasvasti enacted plot by the EI to disrupt the Human Sphere and distract from an incoming offensive action.
Nobody knows, but the teasers from CB would suggest something within Yu Jing is happening and it has to do with the Japanese, also this teaser coming from Mayacast would suggest some new units for JSA
The guy on the left looks like a samurai drop-troop (funny hat and what looks like a long sheath coming off his right side). The silhouette on the right could well be a redesign of the Karakuri--the tube running up to the back of its head seems like a good fit for a robot. And is that a new remote squatting next to it?
To me, it looks like those back flags that you could see some samurai wearing, as well as some kind of Kabuto-like helmet maybe with really long horns?
Haramaki and Aragoto resculpts maybe. Aragoto would be an odd but cool choice for a starter, but I feel like the game will have lost something if it moves away from the original Akira bike design.
I remember that Interruptor said last year that there will be Ikari company - japanese mercenary army so maybe this is CB's way to give us Invicible sectorial and Ikari company at the same time and there will be some story.
Sorry if I am out of the loop, but aside from this very nice bit of fanart that does not seem to have come from anywhere official, how did we get from enough, to Jap succession, to Jap proverbs, to invincible army. There's barely anything overtly invincible about the fanart?
