I understand your limitations understanding the legal implications when a task force is sanctioned from several nations by O-12, and I could talk long and lengthy about such implications, but alas, time is on the essence here. To put it bluntly, there's martial law on Novvy Bangkok and the forces called by o-12 act as judge jury and executioner of those who don't follow the command of those forces in the areas designated as under investigation.


As fellow investigators we cannot but support the actions of Aleph operatives on their investigations, if there are any transgressions, I'm assured O-12 will conduct the pertinent disciplinary actions after this special situation ends.

So by its own admission, O-12 refuses to recognize a government watchdog NGO and then chooses not to enforce it's own war crime laws when they are conveniently justified away ("Nomads and aliens"). Quite a pattern there.

Waqf al-Badawi has incontrovertible proof, as part of the public record, that ALEPH used prohibited weapons ("nanopulsers") on Novyy Bangkok. Worse, some of those injured appear to be civilians. ALEPH majorly violated the Concilium Convention.

If O-12 does not condemn ALEPH and conduct a thorough investigation, it will reveal itself to be hypocritical and morally bankrupt.

No doubt that lack of faith in our multinational government is exactly the kind of wedge an "alien invader" would exploit.

Majority of Nomad citizens that were in our care have been repatriated in the recent days. We are in the process of making arrangements with the Nomad authorities to transfer the ones who still remain in Haqqislamite medical facilites - as soon as their health allows for a safe transit.

Waqf al-Badawi informs that all the Nomad citizens have left its care, either travelling to destinations of their own choice, or, for those unable to do so due to their health, taken into care by appropriate Nomad Nation authorities.

A small number of Nomad military personnel, as well as some Aleph military personnel, do remain in custody of the Sword of Allah authorities, due to being interned as third-party combatants on Haqqislam territory, as per international regulations. As such, Waqf al-Badawi has no authority over this matter.
However, we have taken care of assuring those persons were taken appropriate care of, as dictated by the International Law of Armed Conflict. This is corroborated by the pararell reports of the International Red Cross Society.

According to our knowledge, Sword of Allah authorities are now in contact with equivalent Nomad and Aleph authorities regarding the manner and schedule of repatriation of the interned personnel, following the cessation of hostilities in The Gorge and The Maze.
