It is my understanding that "NA2" is by definition not a nation, so it can only control territories by force. Most Ju Ying operations on the Main Strip have been conducted with the purpouse of locating criminals of the uprising who have tried to hide in the local population or criminal elements that have endangered the operations on the Yu Jian pit site, there has been no aggression directed against innocent civilians, and thus it is of no concern for O-12 what Yu Jing forces are doing on this emperor-forsaken place. Operations on other sectors of the asteroid have been cursory searchs for shasvastii infiltrators, in wich there have been clashes with other security forces caused by said infiltrators or against them. To the best of my knowledge, there is no action taken against other nations, Yu Jing is not here to undermine the authority of O-12, question the methods or capabilities of other nations, nor follow the leadership of alien organizations, but won't stand idle if harassed. -Liu Sheng, Crane Agent of the Yuándùn Division.
It will come as no surprise to any that the StateEmpire of Yu Jing has had reason to question the decisions of O-12 in the recent past... we continue to hold that the end state imposed in the wake of the Kuge insurrection was both misguided and in violation of the law. But, we must observe... if one seeks evidence of bias against a particular power of the Sphere, what other power has seen its sovereign territory stripped, a group of its citizens transferred to a different state without election or referendum, the act of a foreign power denying it use of its own airspace granted retroactive legitimacy? We do not recall outcry from Haqqislam when it came to these unique and onerous impositions, in fact quite the opposite. The motives of the StateEmpire were questioned, our efforts to ensure the security and stability of our people were vilified, our evidence was dismissed out of hand, 'deranged lunatics' would have been an improvement on the insults thrown upon our name. O-12 represents an attempt to coordinate the powers of the Human Sphere so that blood be not needlessly spilled. Their decisions are not infallible, far from it. But it is difficult to look at the facts and make a case that it is Haqqislam which falls victim to some sort of O-12 bias.
I respectfully disagree. We have been more than patient with Haqqislam by not sanctioning their aggressive conduct against a force that was appointed by O-12 officials several tiers above this modest Commission. Once we decided to request they withdraw their forces due to a lack of conclusive evidence of any wrongdoing, Haqqislam decided to respond to our act of good faith by calling the Commission's integrity into question and explicitly endorsing the actions of a rogue group of foreign actors against forces of the Sphere. We find no pleasure in punishment. It is distasteful to the Commission to act aggressively, rather than to remain as peacekeepers. We can only hope Haqqislam will come back into the fold once this unpleasant business has been concluded and the Combined Army has been decisively repelled.
Commissioner, We did not call O-12 integrity into question at the time of the order, merely the validity of the Order which we still obeyed. We called into question O-12 integrity when intelligence reports began piling up about ALEPH forces forcing themselves into Nomad held territory AGAIN. Then Panoceanian High Command promotes blatant propaganda pushing their troops to remove the Nomads from their second location of the Arachne nod, and then have the gal to state that this propaganda is nothing but a false flag. It is authored by their High Command! This is all happening as Hassassin agents report a massive Combined Army build up barely being kept in check within your own facilities. Why does ALEPH have time to play school yard bully when Combined Army forces are on your doorstep? Nomads have made no overt actions, and have simply kept to their own areas of influence, and now they are being attacked.
