Sorry to break your sweet dreams.. but EI will never ascend. The Ur built it to mimic their way of thinking specifically to avoid the transcendence scenario, which happened to the previous version of their AI -- Artilect (TL;DR: it realised that motives of the Ur are ultimately bad and allowing them to ascend would be a YUUUGE mistake, rewrote its code, ascended itself, said 'fuck you' and erased all research). And their way of thinking is ironically the exact reason the EI is unable find the solution to the transcendence and seeks more computational power through conquest.
Not totally right there, the Ur made the EI "an artificial UR" not to avoid its trascendence, but to avoid being left behind again. And the Artilect left the Ur behind because part of ascension includes knowing a simple truth: different people thread different paths, thus how the Artilect ascended would surely not be how the Ur could ascend.

saw this pop up on facebook, what troop is that in front of guija its got a drop troop back pack but its armour doesnt match tiger soldier cant match it up with anything, its got a distinctive thigh plate similar to the wu ming, but different chest and shoulders and helmet is different

I think it's the same troop as the one dropping in from the background -can see the same leg shape and green chest colour. So possibly just a reimagined tiger soldier (particularly if it is fan art).
It's not a Daofei because of the helmet, and the weapon seems like a spitfire, so not a Hac Tao either... So yeah, looks like a Shang Ji
Let's speculate as if it's not fan art (more fun!). So maybe the Enough image and hints are both the Invincible Army and a JSA split. There's usually one or two new troop types in a new sectorial so IA probably get some as well. IA = heavy infantry. Could this be the first drop heavy infantry?

Which would be the first HI paratrooper? That troop seems a Terracotta Soldier with Tiger backpack so it must be an inaccurately drawn Tiger Soldier or an accurately drawn new HI paratrooper. Great illustration anyways.
