Yu Jing high command is a broader thing, hard to put a few names on, held in the hands of the Novyy Bangkok Crisis Committee (and the Kurage Crisis Committee before it), a shifting and expanding selection of players including myself, @Mc_Clane , @Borlois , and several other commanders. Issues are brought to the attention of the committee, debated, and presented to the wider faction playerbase for discussion and voting. Democratic centralism, a proper fit for the politics of the StateEmpire.

Does that mean Engorn is out and the Sentinels won the civil war? Or its just the Sentinels HQ apart from the one of Engorn?
Well, I wouldn't consider it a "civil war", there was no infighting, just some confusion in the Chain of Command. It's a Combined Tohaa HQ (pun intended). @nehemiah and @Einhorn never formally joined the Trident Sentinels, yet they speak with all the authority of the Tohaa Diplomats. @Engorn is welcome to continue his liaison (communication) duties. You can always contact me on all the diplomatic and "investigation" matters.
