For Guard level 3 and 4 it has a "1" in the Burst mod. I assume that is a +1, but when you look at Martial Arts there is has a "+" and I wondered whether that was an oversight or was designed to mean something. ED
No, it's an oversight and your assumption is correct. MOD means modify, so it modifies your burst by 1 and modifying it from 1 to 0 seems a bit counter-productive, doesn't it? :)
