Any guesses on the mini...I suppose it will be a Line Kazak, but I wish it was a Caledonian 45th Galwegian Rifle. Both are total availability in vanilla which seems to be the standard.
Ariadna has 3 active base troops right now. But I feel it will most likely be a line kazak Forward Observer since that been what has been in most sets so far except the guhlam. And Forward Observers are the ITS 11 specialist for many missions. If we are lucky it will be a handgun to proxy anything, If we are very lucky a LGL
Line kazak seems mostly likely, followed by a grunt. Maybe a 1:1000000 chance of a metro, I can dream right?
All the others have matched their respective Operation: Thingthing box, so I'm 99% certain it'll be a Line Kazak. Hopefully the LGL that should have been in the SWC box (Paramedics don't need sculpts IMHO) but most likely it'll be an FO.
I would love to have a grunt FO or extra sniper to make a proper sniper team. The current sniper miniature is somewhat underwhelming. Obviously it's not going to happen but just imagine some proper grunt miniatures in a good pose
Odds are good it's a Kazak FO. They don't seem to have cost any SWC so far. Then again, ALEPH's set basically is either a second Paramedic Dakini, or an LGL...
Worth noting that when CB released Haqq paint set, they did not include seemingly popular Ghulam LGL which doesn't have a model yet and whose weapon is kinda distinctive. Chances are, CB doesn't want to hide such profiles behind this paywall, so it's not unreasonable to expect something generic.
I still a bit salty about Dakinis and line Kazaks getting a completely unnecessary medic sculpt over an LGL!
Ariadna has/had a metro lgl model, Margot has a rifle/lgl combo weapon and there is a grunt rifle/lgl combo model.
This is where they'd put a new Dozer with Akrylat Kanone model if they really wanted to ensure a product that people would actually want/need...something that all of the Ariadnan subfactions could use and that needs reculpting pretty bad. It's probably going to be a Line Kazak with LGL though. They kept it out of the Kazaks box, likely for this purpose.
