As tensions rise in the Human Edge, all signs point to an impending crisis. In response the PanOceanian Fleet Detachment "Taniwha" under the command of Admiral JCJF deploys to the system.
Man, hard to believe it's been a year already since the last campaign. I'm looking forward to reading JCJF's battle reports, again.
Any hints on where I might find these older battle reports? There's nothing from @AdmiralJCJF in the battle reports forum section and I'd like to read some more of his fine writings.
https://kuragecrisis.warconsole.com/commander/admiral-jcjf https://wotan.warconsole.com/commander/admiral-jcjf https://flamestrike.warconsole.com/commander/admiraljcjf I had a bunch of battle reports on the old forum, but haven't had the time to do the same thing again since the switch over.
As the situation in the Human Edge continues to develop, the 20th Acontecimento Reserve Regiment find themselves diverted away from their comrades in arms.
Is the commander of the PanO forces going to be encouraging people to falsify reports again? That should make this campaign extra fun.
Chill out a bit. I don't see him recomending false reporting. He's just encouraging other players to play and report even if they loose. Although I see things I don't like (they doesn't make sense narratively), like arranging locations before the match, or recomend only to play with allies... That's something all the campaigns favoured until date. I sincerely hope this dinamics of this campaign change towards improving fun and not deepshit moves. During the last one they've introduced corrective factor for some things like balancing factions and penalize holding reports. Let's see how it works and let's have fun In other order of afairs, this campaign will surely belong to Yujing. I'm sorry for pano. As a great master once said... Yuchin Namba Guan!
Changing the details of what occurred in a game to make it more favourable to your faction is cheating, just like posting battle reports from games that took place before the campaign even began is cheating. Here's Admiral doing that: http://imgur.com/a/FzuzoRs
Perhaps CB ought to do something about it then, seeing as cheating is the reason certain communities won't bother with these campaigns anymore. What's the point when all your legit games get beat out by false reports?
Except the fact that CB and OTT go through and cull a large number of reports shows they are doing quite a bit about it, just with giving the exact details. Details that, if given, would prove a cheat’s charter.
If only people would put effort into playing fairly instead of cheating at online narrative campaigns for toy soldier games... Proof's right there in my previous posts man, the guy cheated and advocated for falsifying game reports, yet here he is leading PanO into a brave new frontier of games that either never happened, or happened differently.
I have to say I don't have much interest in playing the campaign if people can just cheat and suffer no consequences. It's tough getting motivated to write in-depth reports if faked ones count just as much.
Except they don’t, nor do ones that even appear suspicious, as shown by the numbers that were discarded. Us not having the criteria doesn’t mean it’s not being taken care of.
