It looks like it's trying to be digitigrade (walking on toes, like cats and dogs), but the 'shin' armor doesn't have a flex point in it...

 

As odd as it is, at least it's consistent with the other renders we've seen so far.

 

I really hope they change the Gwailo to be holding his Spitfire/HMG in 2 hands. Theres no need to have him shooting a pistol.

 

There's also no need not to, though. Not like he doesn't have a pistol. It's just a preference that you'd rather have him shooting the Spitfire, which is fair enough, but hardly a reason for them to change it.

 

.....I'm not expecting them to change it purely because I want it changed.

 

I wasn't actually suggesting that you did, I'm just saying there's as much 'need' for him to be shooting either of the guns, and which you prefer is just that, a preference.

Those were "two arms" and two wings. Sure, both creatures go with "adapted to total absence of light", but I'd say that's all.

Very likely for control issues, also they have chain rifles, not huge melee capabilities

 

Reminds me more the Damned from the Tower of Damned in Diablo 3:

Chain-colts, but that's whatever. I'm not sure I'd agree with your assessment of their melee capabilities. They are certainly more potent in melee than Gakis/Pretas (better CCWs, higher CC stat, actual CC skill in berserk). As a matter of fact, they are almost identical in CC to a Krakot, and those are nothing to sneeze at.

 

Yeah, I was thinking they vere a little less killing machines for that cost, I only had the 5-6 pts cost on the top of my head. I suppose BS9 and not having the Gaki's dogged (or Explode), makes them cheaper...
