She is a top athlete, probably with a very regular and intensive train schedule. Very probable if she goes for strength in her fitness routine.

 

Well, she's got TI and PH14. So I'd be disappointed if she wasn't jacked as hell (assuming that she doesn't have a full body replacement).

Considering she an Aristo the answer is probably both.

At PH14 she's punching as hard as most high end power armours, bare armed (more like bear armed amirite :P)

 

i think Valkyrie's arms on the infinity version are not far off from the Aristeia miniature.

I think it's not so much that they gave HER "manly" arms - it's more that most of the male minis "don't lift" or they skip "upper body day". She's buff.
A female with a similar body size to a male can and will develop a very similar upper body musculature to her juice junky male companion given the same conditions. Muscle growth comes down to a combination of the right hormones, in the right concentrations, and the right stimuli. Jack her testosterone production and she'll develop the musculature (and the same mood/temperament issues) in addition to the other things.

She's also sleeveless. so I'm surprised she's not available for USAriadna ... "Right to bare arms" and all that ...

 

Be grateful that the Kazaks don't excericse their right to arm bears... ;)

 

Don't forget that the paint scheme makes all the difference. You can take a miniature, paint biceps on her, and they will stand out. You can take a human being, paint a six-pack on him, and it will stand out.

Talking about Valk, I love this mini. I'm good to trade Rao, Singh, Konstantinos, De Fersen, and Bipandra for her. I feel like Valk, Joan and Patsy can a hang out on weekends. Apparently PanO has a type with buff blonde super women, so Valk might as well get in on the action.

 

CB is experimenting with different body types. I approve, just as I approved of the fat Yuan Yuan.

Fat Yuan Yuan needed Proteion Plus: unlimited number of power up counters, but gaining extra S (5, 6 and 7) after eating too much... and I-Khol 3 (same debuff, different reasons)
