In truth, O-12 uses 2 models of Guijia (sauce: Third Offensive), one, relegated to training, is the most basic/old one, and the other is a refit of said model.
I'm fully prepared to watch O12 get an amazing Guijia while Yu Jing gets stuck with the current one just because Corvus [emoji23][emoji23] I would take my hat off at the supreme level of trolling
I'm excited now for the box and both armies. While the Guijia might be in O-12, they will probably kick YJ but making any changes to it only for O-12.
I will still be optimistic for tohaa and hope that this last picture is only for the exclusive mini (some exclusive O-12 trooper, with O-12 NA2 list) and tohaa still second sectorial
If the O-12 does get a faction, CB needs to make sure that none of their soldiers have any weapons banned by the Concilium Convention, otherwise they'll have to put themselves on trial
It's not that they don't use them. They just don't want others to use them. They are the only ones "officially authorized "to use them.
I hope so, too. Maybe 'the Spiral of Destruction' refers to O-12 giving some Guijias to Spiral Corps, because the Anaconda is even worse and after they hired them they realized that they needed some better TAG... The leg on the picture definitely looks like a Guijia.

Frankly, I think that whatever the preview is? It's a S5 item, not a full-on TAG. Not in a starter set.
Does someone have a ready list with all weapons that are forbidden and another list whats left over for o12 to use? ;)
why does everyone seem to think that O12 would follow their own rules? look a our society today – there are general laws about not shooting, assaulting, ect. ect. yet the police do it all the time – justly and un-justly.
Like I said. They are the only ones "Authorized" to use them. Illegal for everyone else. The thing I don't like is that I feel that CB has come out with way too much too soon. Just within the last year they have come out with so much! They still need to update old figures! But also new ones?
Mini companies are kind of run like sharks – keep moving forward or die. I mean, how many people here would buy resculpts of minis they already own, especially if your old ones are already built and painted. If they focused on purely updating old content chances are you ywould go to the local game store and buy old boxes that have been sitting there for months or possibly years. CB doesn't make any money off of that. New releases are what get put on the shelf in the front of the store, they sell the most to long time players and people who are just browsing around. I'm content with the amount of new releases we get, it is a lot, but the rules have stayed mostly the same – and after all I'm here for the game system. Beautiful minis just happen to be icing on the cake.
Let's not get too hyped on guija upgrades. That path only can lead to disappointment. If they come great an awesome gift. If they arent in the faction then atleast we didnt get our hopes up
