What is the best use for Brawlers?

Brawler Spec Ops is ace btw. Starting off with BS 12 with a Rifle and a Shotgun and the option to take skills like Airborne Infiltration and such.

 

Gather six brawlers, paint them in Infinity stones color, and roll into battle to start a legendary Brawler Gauntlet Nerd-Journey.


I know at least one guy doing this. ITS AWESOME.

 

ForCo: Dead
Ikari: MSV2 in a full link with a tanko ML and keisotsu
Druze: Toolkit, I like an engineer to drag along with the missile bot in a druze link
StarCo: MSV2 Haris or lt Haris

Haven't tried them in the others

 

I disagree with that, Brawlers are the only source of MSV2 in ForCo.

 

That just means you get to shoot through the enemy's smoke, and he can't shoot through yours!

 

There are a lot of things I would rather spend points on than an unlinked BS11 sniper

 

Dashat is definitely the most flexible and most use with Brawlers. Only Dahshat and Sprial can have core of nothing but Brawlers. But In Dahshat, any of the wildcards can join them.

I'm looking forward to giving this a go.

So far this is my Spec-Op in the League. I like that he's almost a combi of ABH, Druze, and Brawler.

bit upset they are only AVA 4! since i have 6 :D really love the doom guys!

 

Never ever take a BRAWLER Doctor over a GHULAM Doctor Plus in Dashat, unless you have the AVA of Ghulam depleted.

Wow, I can't believe you can have this in Spiral. 3 MSV2 Snipers for so cheap! Also you'll never know which one is a Tagma due to Holo 1.

nOOb question, does the inclusion of a Brawler spec op count towards AVA? Like can I have 4 Brawlers and a spec op in DBS?

 

A Spec-Op now counts towards their base unit's AVA.

Do note that this is currently not working in the Army Builder and it will mark a list with full AVA plus a Spec-Op as legal.

Holo1 as the HRL brawler and leave a second Taagma in the link without Holo1 on. Then laugh as they try to smoke past you and get hit by two BS15 Viral shots. (potentially on 18s if they're out of cover in the smoke.)

 

You can also Holo1 Viral Taagma into non-viral one in this kind of composition
There're a lot of fun ways to play with holo taagma :)

 

Bs12 but yeah, they need the link bonuses to really shine
