Do we have any ideas about the new paints if they will be all current VMC paints or are we getting some new colors as well.
Given how much of a pain mixing PanO blue (and it's highlights) is if you follow the Angel method, I'd expect at least some Infinity-specific shades.
It's amusing to me that the new Contrast stuff from GW will likely be better for painting stuff to Angel quality than the Vallejo box will be. :P
I've only seen the contrast stuff on spesh muhrines so far. It should look good on HI like ORCs and such but I'm interested in seeing it on something more greebly like an LI or SK.
Why would they be? You can paint over Contrast. You can paint selectively with it. You can even paint Contrast over Contrast or wetblend Contrast with Contrast - especially with addition of their gel medium. You just need to remember that you'll start with a white / bone / light gray primer (preferably zenithal preshade over a dark / black primer), the color of which will GREATLY affect the color of Contrast, as it's a filter, not a full coverage color. Since you start with white, you need to go with light colors first and avoid areas that are not supposed to be that color - or fix with primer color again afterwards. The only thing you can't do is use water, use acryllic medium, mix in regular paint or wash before it dries. Other than that, sky's the limit.
I didn't think of using the new GW contrast primers for zenithal highlighting. I am pretty stoked to use them on my CA to at least lay out my rough sketch to highlight from.
If you look around, there was some great shots of how everything looks using the new stuff. There's a shot of a display case with two Marines flanking each Contrast color, one done with "Grey Seer"(a white-grey spray) and one with "Wraithbone"(a bone colored spray).
I already decided to try and get it for the mini, even if I don't paint my PanO in standard colours :)

Nice minis. I like the Alguacile more she look more like a full doc (or snipping of the thing on top of the medgun, to make it a normal pistol, a female Clockmaker). I wish they had do it the other way around ... Fusi Medic, Algua FO ... because then we have a proper Trauma Doc replacement ;-) (for CM I use already Gromoz from time to time or the the Comtech from DF3). Biggest problem here, nearly 30,- € for a mini is a lot, even when you get 8 colors for free, from which you have the most already ;-) Is Pan O now the only faction with a full Wysiwyg FO? He have an optical divice for actualy FO something and a expansion on his combi, which could be the Flashpulse.
