Thanks man! I was actually quite interested in the Deva + CSU duo but it somehow never ended up in my lists since I ended up going with the full dakini core. But I certainly see the appeal of running hackable 6-4 specialists on their own. In case you are willing to share some more details: were there any match-ups you didn’t feel comfortable handling with your list B? How did the Garuda perform? Did you always AD him?
Nah, list B was my 'All rounder' list. I was more worried about the Marut getting shut down by hackers/EM and other things like that. Yadu are extremely forgiving being Veterans and MI so as long as the Rudras is kept away from danger, the Yadu can be moved around to deal with a threat that could take it down. I do understand how powerful 5 man links are in the game, but they're not cheap in Aleph unless you just want a gun line. I feel that a Harris size link is way more maneuverable and allows you to spend the points elsewhere. The Garuda was there to drop in and take out links from behind or turn up last turn and add points in frontline. I brought him in turn 2 in frontline because I had a threat to deal with that was on an extreme flank with not much to protect it, he did his job but later went down pretty easily.

56 players and 36 factions, so it's not a surprise that there were a big set of generic and Sectorial options not used. Even if it hadn't been straight after a bunch of completely new forces got released.
OMG Thank you so much for posting these lists! It's really great to see others out there building completely different lists with combos you wouldn't necessarily think about. Although to be honest, my favorite part of all this was reading the ITS names.....My TWO favorites have to be BRONSON PICKLE and EARLOFPOTATO! You all rock! That's why I'll never be a writer...I CAN'T come up with this stuff!
Interesting. Out of 14 lists that could have taken Sheskiin, she's only in 3, and out of 12 that could have taken Tarik, he's only in 4. The Khawarij Spitfire doesn't appear in any of the Haqq/Ramah lists.
After looking at the Yu Jing and their sectorials lists there, I conclude... That I have no idea how to build lists whatsoever. 'Cause I could not have conceived anything resembling any of those, at least at a glance. T:
As a point of note Bronston Pickle is one of our lads and was super chuffed he won wooden spoon, the prize for which just coincidentally happend to be the starter box for his faction just made it better. He lost 80 ELO over the weekend, the second highest loss worldwide that month (and the person who lost most (82) actually beat him in the last round) Did us all proud.
Brilliant! Sounds like I should play him and figure out who’s the worst! I’m pretty sure I beat that one year at Iowa Incident in the USA...I was dead last, but I sure as Hell didn’t get anything remotely as cool as a starter box. Hence my ITS name...
You're very welcome mate! Honestly it's my favourite part of the game is how mutable the meta is. There's very few defined archetypes. Even with the popularity of things like Tohaa and OSS there can be quite large differences in how armies are configured.
So what we're getting at here is that the English excel in the advanced field of sucking at Infinity... We should arrange some sort of loser takes all grudge match. I have a crack team of absolute potatoes ready to lose to whoever you can bring at a moments notice.
