Do Objective Rooms need to be empty?

    I'd always just assumed that a central objective room had to be an empty box, but a friend of mine has crafted various small walls, vaultable cover into his and I realized that I've never actually seen a rule saying they need to be barren. Can someone let me know if this is the case? Cheers

    No it doesn't.
    A empty Objective Room is btw really bad and not funy to play

    Yeah I'm not a fan, just been playing it like that because of the imagined rule. I think they're dreadful for play. Clogging them up does make them even more favourable for warbands, but it at least stops everything and anything inside just getting shot to shit on the first order of the next turn.

    You don't need to clog them up, two-three pieces of scatter including one that breaks up one of the door-door firelanes is ideal. Just enough that you can take up fighting positions inside the room.
