Do models with Seed-Embryo only have one wound?

I think for consistency, if you hatch then the developed profile is used for the whole order, like how camo or dismount work.

Even then, they might count as multi wound for shock, viral and similar...

 

It's a single 1W trooper, and will be killed outright by a failed roll against Shock or Viral ammo.

 

How to recognize which 1W trooper is 1W trooper and when a "combined" or "changing" profile counts as more than 1W ?

 

With the exception of Seed-Embryo (still being an N2 rule), it says in the rule or the FAQ.

 

Is Fraacta Drop unit affected by Shock/Viral ? If no where's the "rules" difference between Fraacta and Seed-Embrio ?

edit: seems that Transmutation is not included in FAQ clarifiying how SymbiotArmor and LoTech gives immunity to shock/viral.

Rule of thumb seem to be; if the unit has two profiles with 1w, it must have a rule that says those two wounds are different (transmutation, symbiont armour, etc) - if not they are the same wound (motorcycles, mechanical transmutation*, etc)

* though his one explicitly says the wounds are the same.

 

Which doesn't directly contradict/prevent Shock effect, as FIRST might as well be "first&last" wound the unit has.

Again not having a problem with ruling itself, it's just that well "wording" could be better.

 

What unit with Transmutation has a single Wound? Stop taking the piss.
