In the main rulebook it says that any skill with numerical levels includes the lower levels in the higher levels unless the skill description says otherwise. However, the Loot skill does not say you don’t get Loot 1 if you have Loot 2. So, if you have Loot 2 do you get a roll on the Loot 2 Table and a roll on the Loot 1 Table, or can you choose which table to roll on, or is this a misprint and they should be considered separate?
Welcome to the game and the forum! Booty is a levelled Skill so the trooper has both levels, but as per the FAQ (http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Booty#FAQ) the two levels don't stack. So the trooper has to choose one of the two Booty charts to roll on.
