dont forget, that you have to upload your army list to the event before report it (if you play a one shot, or a tournament. if you dont upload your army list, we cant know which army won)
Well a very interesting start. For all that players that thinks that PanO aready won the challange :P Haqqislam EC even Tohha stars strong. And with these Data Points new content has been unlocked A new mission Unmasking and som fluff on the Challange page.
Yes, the first data is interesting - Haqq going strong. Normally I'd be happy and be giving more points to my main army. But in this season I decided to play Druze... And they surely won't win this challenge. And it would be VERY bad if you'd block using named characters in that small army - as it will loose very much character and potential if they'll loose Saito, Scarface, Valerya or even Arslan (but the place of Druze's Chief seems easiest to fill with different guys). Please think about it. PozdRawiam / Greetings
I only see an issue with the fact that not everyone is sending their list... maybe this is a problem of all faction, who knows. At our last tournament we had half the players not sending their list in the OTM. Apart from that... would be interesting to know how you calculate one data point. ;)
The only way that we have to know which faction gain a game is with the army list. soo... the players have to try to upload their list, because this helps for the challange, for the archivements, etc. This is a way to avoid the cheating ^^ About the data points, one victory = one data point. How I calculate the armys populatiosn is secret ;)
@HellLois What do the points mean for the CA? Since we are looking for double agents of other fractions?
Kind of a problem if the ITS site just won't let me upload my lists for no reason, as happened the Friday of the LVO... So that's pretty cool, that stuff wasn't counted.
Well, I'd be looking at faction pop numbers for these events... A bit rough when you mysteriously can't upload army lists ahead of a tournament. And the lack of openness with regard to the scoring system doesn't exactly inspire confidence. The seeming lack of regard for the Anglophone competitive community isn't encouraging.
It was the LVO Friday tournament. Some players were simply not allowed to register lists before the tournament, myself included. In the local tournament scene, it's understood that this just happens randomly sometimes. I have no idea how to see what the event number is.
@HellLois Until when will the B4CKD00R Crisis challenge last? I'm planing a event for mid to end of march and wanted to use a set of scenarios tied into a small narative for that event.
Is there a way to enter lists after a tournament is over? I played in one last weekend and for some reason the OTM listed the event as already having happened even though it was just starting, and I wasn't able to upload my lists.
There should just be a way to declare what faction you're using to avoid all of this. When you've got people making good-faith attempts to participate, they're stymied by the system, and then there's no way they'd know there's anything wrong... it's a problem.
@HellLois The TO from the LVO is asking for lists and ITS pins and so on; by "army list code" do you guys mean the 8-digit one that appears under the list in the list of saved lists on Infinity Army, or the code you can copy-paste to reproduce it in Army on a different computer?
